Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading and Using Healium on Meta Quest 3

Step 1: Power on the headset

Press the power button once to turn on the headset.

Step 2: Login

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to Wi-Fi, create or log into your Meta account, and adjust your boundaries for play.

Step 3: Access the App Store

Once you're in VR, navigate to the Home screen by pressing the home button on your controller. 

Look for the "Store" icon on the bottom menu and select it to open the app store.



Step 4: Search for the Healium App

Use the search function to find the Healium app in the app store.


Step 5: Download and Launch Healium

On the app's details page, look for a button that says "Install" and select it. Depending on your wifi, you may need to wait for the app to download and/or confirm the download if prompted.

Click on the Healium app icon to launch it.

Step 6: Sign up or Log in to Healium

Input your email and password associated with your Healium account into the required fields.

Step 7: Enjoy your first Session

From the home screen, you can choose your experiences, change settings, and connect wearable devices.

Click on an experience to open. To download, click on the arrow to begin downloading.

Once experiences are downloaded, click the play button on the chosen experience to begin.


PRO TIP  Healium is better with biofeedback.

 

Additional Tips

  • Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection for smooth downloading.
  • Storage Space: Check the remaining storage space on your device, especially if you plan to download large apps or games.
  • Charging and Storage: Always keep your headset charged and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Usage in VR: Get comfortable navigating in VR, as some apps have different navigation controls.
  • Controller Buttons:
    • Meta Button: Recenter left/right, up/down (hold)
    • A Button: (if laying down only) recenter experience up/down.
    • B Button: Open/Close Video settings.
    • Trigger: Select what you are aiming at on screen.
