Log in to the Healium Dashboard
1. Go to www.dashboard.tryhealium.com
2. Enter your Healium credentials and click "Log In"
3. Once logged in, the Healium Dashboard will look something like this.
The Healium Dashboard Navbar
The Navbar is how you will navigate around the Healium Dashboard. It is located on the left side of the dashboard.
Your Personal Dashboard Tab
By default, the Dashboard will navigate to the "Personal" tab. This is where your personal Healium session stats live.
With this tab selected, you will be able to see your total number of Healium sessions, Healium Score stats, individual session stats and much more.

Enterprise Tab
The Enterprise Tab is similar to the Personal tab, but it will show you aggregate data of your Enterprise's Healium usage, including average Healium score across all sessions, as well as individual session data.

Heal U is Healium's library of thoughtfully designed self-guided courses and videos to nurture your inner resilience and unlock your natural healing potential.
This supplemental material is provided to help individuals improve their mindfulness practice.
Admin Tab
The Admin tab is where you can manage your Enterprise users, see your Enterprise account's expiration date, see aggregate data such as number of sessions, session minutes, and more.
