How to reset your password using your email address.
Step 1: Visit the login page
Step 2: Click forgot password.
Step 3: Enter your email.
Enter the email address associated with your Healium account in the required field. (An email with a password reset link will be sent to your email address)
Step 4: Retrieve your password reset link.
Check your email for the password reset link
(If the email isn't in your primary inbox, please check your spam folder.)
Step 5: Reset your password.
Enter the email address associated with your Healium account along with your new password. Click Reset Password to save your selection.
Step 6: Log in to Healium
Login to www.tryhealium.com/login using your new login credentials. If the problem still persists, contact hello@tryhealium.com for additional support.
