Pairing a Muse headband with a Meta Quest VR headset unlocks a new world of immersive experiences that seamlessly blend mindfulness and virtual reality.

Here's how to get started:

Step 1

Turn on the Muse headband and place it on your forehead.

Step 2

Put on your Meta Quest headset and log into the Healium app.

Step 3

Click on the bluetooth icon.

Step 4

Click connect for the Muse Headband.

And then click Connect for your detected Muse Headband

Once a green checkmark appears, the Muse is connected, and the setup is complete!

Step 5

Select your favorite Healium experience and watch your aura turn from blue to gold.
