      Permanently delete your healium account.

      This will permanently delete your Healium Account and all of its data.

      Delete Your Account

      STEPS:

      1. Ensure that you have properly canceled your subscription. (The following actions will delete your account, and you may be unable to access your subscription. If you do this before canceling your subscription, our support team may be unable to help you.)

      2. Login to your Healium Account.

      3. Go to your Profile.

      4. Select Account Settings.

      5. Choose Delete Account.

      WARNING:  Deleting your account cannot be undone.

      NOTE:  Deleting the app and its associated data will NOT cancel your subscription or change your communication preferences.

      Optional: Manage Your Communication Preferences:

      1. Open an email you've received from Healium.

      2. In the footer of the email, select the link labeled "Manage Preferences" or "Email Preferences."

      3. Once on the subscription preferences page, you can choose which emails you want to receive or opt out of from all communications.

      4. Click "Update email preferences" to save your selection.
